Your Outside World is a
Reflection of your Inside World

As long as you believe that you are too small, too insignificant, and too unworthy to be of much use to anyone; you will be correct. When you finally believe that you are not too small or insignificant, nor too unworthy to be of much use to anyone; then you will see a reflection of yourself as you truly are, a reflection of leadership and success.

Do you wear all those so called “jackets” of depression, some kind of illness, unworthiness,, not good enough, guilt, hurt, anger…….? If that is what you see and believe, you definitely are on the path to becoming a self fulfilling prophecy...

Why do you allow yourself to become a hostage of negative influences upon your life? Who ever it was that told you that you cannot, showed no belief in you, told you that you are worthless, told you that you are unacceptable or told you that others are brighter than you are. Well, that can only be correct if you allow it to be. The decision is yours and yours alone. Something can only hurt if you choose for it to hurt.

Put what they said in the past, because it is.

“You are what you believe you are.”

You know more now than you did in the past. Because of that fact, you have more going for you today, than you did in your past. There are so many learnings in your past that you can use to empower yourself and have a more fulfilled and happier life than you can ever imagine possible. Why do we choose to make our past our excuse for pain, illness, depression, negativity, anger, hurt and discomfort? It is over my friend. Let go and move on…..USE your, learnings!

What benefit do we get by advertising our flaws to others and dwelling on them ourselves? Too often, we eagerly discuss our flaws and failures with anyone who will listen. We pass out invitations to “our masked pity party ball and there we unmask our disbelief in ourselves.” Decide who and what you want to be, set goals to get there, create action steps to accomplish your goals and find a Coach to assist you in reaching those goals.

Most people live in the world without; few have found the world within - yet the word within orders the word without. The world within is creative, and everything you discover in your external world, you have created in the word within. The word within is the cause, the word without the effect, and to change the effect you must change the cause.

Whatever is going on in your outside world is a reflection of your inner world. If there is chaos and havoc in your outside world, that means that there is chaos and havoc in your inner world. The inside world reflects directly on to the outside world. Think about that for a moment… Are you still reading…? No, really think about it for a moment. Describe to yourself your outside world…? Now look deeply inside of yourself and have a good look at your inner world. Can you see how your inner world reflects on to the outside world? If you have, conflict, struggling, hate, anger, depression and low self-esteem on the inside you will find that it will manifest and become part of your outside world. 

The way to get in control of your outside world is not to try to control the outside world. (I am sure you have tried that before). The way which gives you lasting results in controlling the outside world is to start getting in control of your inner world where you have the Power. You do not have as much power over the outside world and other people. In your Coaching/Training program, I will give you all the tools necessary to stay in control of your inner world.

For now, I will share two things with you:

1. Anything that you resist will persist in your life.

Any behaviour or circumstance that you resist will keep on persisting in your life. It is in your life because you need to learn something from it to grow yourself as a person. (We are all here on earth to grow. If you stop growing, you start dying that’s a natural law of the universe, like gravity.) The best way I have discovered to deal with the things that you do not like, that persist in your life is to start to love what you do not like, and I really mean love it and then look for the learnings in this process to help you grow. You will not be able to gain meaning and learning from it, if you cannot love it for being in your life as part of that which will help you grow. As soon as you do this, you will get the learnings out of the process and the problem will disappear, simple as that. Now this might sound strange to you and you might be thinking is this person for real or has he lost his marbles? Yes, I am for real and I the last time I checked my marbles were intact. All I ask from you is to have an open mind and to really test this theory in the real world. You have nothing to lose. Just test it and see for yourself. Do your best to really love it inside of your heart. To fight it is to resist it and then the problem will persist. You will find that the process is very easy to do, once you have gone through your Coaching/Training program and we have dealt with of all your baggage (anger, frustration, anxiety, shame, sadness, hat, doubt, fear, hurt and guilt.) FOR NOW JUST DO YOUR BEST!

2. You have to be in control of your state.

During your Coaching/Training program, we will give you all the tools you require to be in control of your own state, but for now you can start to do the following, which also works very well. If for any reason, you are not in a resourceful state, for instance; feeling down, anxious, anger, hate or depressed. I want you to do the following; Say to yourself as loud as you can with as much intention as possible: 

“I CHOOSE, TO FEEL GREAT, RIGHT NOW!!!” - 3 X

You have to place as much emotion into these words as possible. (You are able to control your own state; you just do not know it yet. You are now just like a baby, learning new things as you progress further) Immediately after that, think of a time when you were really happy and resourceful and keep that thought/picture for 20 seconds in your mind and repeat the above sentence 3 times again. If you really do this with the mindset to succeed, you will get to that state. The more you do this, the easier it will become to reach this state every time with less effort needed, because neurons that fire together, wire together.
 
Now, this may sound strange to you or maybe you simply would not like to do it now! If so, ask yourself the following question,

How Badly Do I Want To Change?

During your Coaching/Training, we will Anchor certain states such as happiness, confidence, feeling great, high energy levels, positive self-esteem and fearlessness. We will do that by “Anchoring” these states on a specific body part. When you are finished with your course, you can press on that same body part and it will take you right back into those states that was just mentioned. This will give you the power to always be in control of your own emotional state.
